In 1928 the firm of Walcker & Cie. built a two-manual organ with sixteen stops for Fana Kirke. The instrument was replaced in 1968 by a larger three-manual organ, built by Josef Hilmar Jørgensen. During construction, the organ case and part of Walcker's pipework were reused.
