- In 1897, the Walcker company supplied a new organ for the Margarethenkirche in Niederkirchen. It was a two manual organ with eleven registers. In 1917 the front pipes were requisitioned, which were replaced in 1921 by new zinc pipes.
- The organ was converted in 1954 by Hugo Mayer on the advice of Adolf Graf. The old organ case was removed and replaced with a flat pipe facade. The disposition and voicing were also altered. Hugo Mayer carried out an overhaul in 1985. The disposition has been adjusted again.
- In 2008 Yves Koenig built a new organ for the church. The Walcker/Mayer organ has been dismantled. A large part of the pipework was used by Koenig for the new organ.
- The disposition mentioned here is the original from 1897.
