In 1924 Franz Kämmerer built an organ for the Herz-Jesu-Kirche in Altenwald. A large part of the pipework is manufactured by the company Laukhuff. The organ case was built by the local cabinet maker Lorig. Both reeds had not yet been placed upon delivery. The organ was renovated in 1965, and the disposition was modified on this occasion.
