The Alte Kirche in Lobberich is the village's old parish church, which dates back to the fifteenth century. After the consecration of a new and larger church in 1893, the building was not demolished. The church has been restored in the years 1967-1968. The church was briefly used as a parish church again, in the 1987-1900s, in connection with a restoration of the new church. A positive organ from Oberlinger was installed in the church at that time. This instrument was transferred in 1994 to the Jakobuskirche in Jüchen.
