In 1964, Willi Peter installed a small organ with five stops in the Paul-Gerhardt-Kirche in Düsseldorf-Unterbach. This instrument was sold in 1991 to a parish in Essen. It was replaced by a new organ, built by Matthias Wagner. This organ was inaugurated in 1994. A lot of existing material, originating from demolished organs, was used in the construction.
