The organ in the Protestant Church in Mundolsheim was built in 1822-1823 by Michael Stiehr. It originally had one manual and a pedal with three stops. In 1902 Edmond-Alexandre Roethinger carried out a renovation. He expanded the organ with a second manual and expanded the pedal. In 1971 the original specification and action was reconstructed by Ernest Muhleisen. A second manual was added with two ranks, and a Soubasse 16' on the pedal. The original pedal compass of 15 keys has also been increased to 27 keys. On June 13, 1971 Marc Schaefer gave a concert on the occasion of the opening of the renewed organ.
