In 1886 a beautiful new church was built in Lundby, designed by Adrian C. Peterson in neo-Gothic style. The church was dedicated on October 17, 1886. The church was preserved in its original state until a fire destroyed the building on February 7, 1993. The damage was so extensive that the church had to be demolished. A new church was subsequently built on the same site, which was dedicated on October 13, 1996. The company Magnusson placed a two-manual organ with 22 registers in the choir. A digital organ has been placed in the gallery.
