The company Johannes Klais built a new organ for the chapel of the hospital Sankt Joseph of the Alexianer Brothers in Berlin-Weißensee in 1934. The instrument is opus 821 of the firm. It was overhauled in 1979 by Klais Orgelbau. In 1980 the stoplist has been modified by H.J. Eichberg.
