- In 1914, the Estey Organ Company built a pipe organ for the cathedral of Saint Helena, that was donated to the church in loving memory of his daughter Mary Margaret. The organ originally had 27 ranks. It was rebuild and enlarged in 1958 by the company Balcolm & Vaughan.
- Because of many technical problems that occured, it was decided that the Wicks Organ Company had to construct a new organ in 2008, using most of the pipes by Estey. Consultant was Dale Fleck, the organist and music director of the cathedral. The organ was dedicated on January 11, 2009, the feast of the Baptism of the Lord.
