- On June 16, 1929, a new organ was dedicated in the Église Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Tourcoing. The previous instrument, dating from around 1900, was transfered to the church of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul in Pradelles. The new organ was built by Jean Grammet. The inauguration concert was played by Edmond Diérickx, in co-operation with the parish choir and soloists.
- In 1951-1952, the organ was rebuilt by Marcel Loridan, who electrified the original pneumatic action. It is likely that also the stop list was modified at the time. On April 27, 1952, the instrument was re-dedicated.
- The church was closed in 1989 and demolished in 1990/1991. The parish moved to a smaller chapel in the neighbourhood. The organ was removed from the church, and material has been used by Bernard Cogez for building a new organ in Lys-lez-Lannoy in 1991. The stop list mentioned here is the original from 1929.
