The organ in the chapel of the Santuario della Beata Vergine dello Spino in Brugneto was built before 1755 by Andrea Boschini and rebuilt in 1814 by Giovanni Cavalletti. The organ has 15 stops, two on the pedal and thirteen on the manual. The highest key of the pedal board (a°) plays the 'rollante'. In 2018 the organ was restored by Silvio Micheli.
