The Herz-Jesu-Basilika in Hall in Tirol was built in the years 1567-1570 as Damenstiftskirche. On November 11, 1570, the church could be consecrated. The crowning of the tower was placed in 1670, after the old tower was badly damaged by an earthquake. The monastery was closed in 1783. The building was then used for various purposes until 1914. After a restoration, the church was reconsecrated on July 30, 1914 as a monastery church for the congregation 'Töchter des Herzens Jesu'. There is a small organ positive on the north side of the nave.
