- All Saints' Church in Nottingham was dedicated in November 1864. The local firm Lloyd & Dudgeon built a pipe organ for the church, that could be dedicated in 1865. In 1908 it was rebuilt by Norman & Beard. It is almost certain that they didn't use much of the old organ, probably nothing. So the organ today is in fact a Norman & Beard-organ from 1908.
- In 1978 the instrument was restored by John Fussey, who electrified the pneumatic action and relocated the console to the north side of the chancel. In later years some minor modifications were carried out: a new Mixture on Great in 1990, a new pedal board in 1993 and in 1994 a Fagotto 16' on the pedal (coming from Southwell Minster).
