  • Thomas Rowe designed Saint Paul's Presbyterian Church in Mudgee, that was built from 1875 to 1878. The organ in the church was given to the congregation in 1881 by the Anglican congregation of Saint John the Baptist. It was built in 1855 by J.W. Walker for their church, but in 1881 they purchased a larger organ by Brindley & Foster. It is a small organ, having one manual with five stops and a free pedal with one. The organ stands in a swell box, except for the prospect pipes.
  • Although their were some alterations to the organ, it has survived in a remarkable original state. At one point - not known when - the Oboe 8' was replaced by a Gamba 8', consisting of older Fincham pipes.
