Ernst Röver built a new organ for the Marienkirche in Aken/Elbe in 1900. The instrument was dedicated on November 4, 1900. The instrument lost his original prospect pipes during World War I, those were replaced by zinc pipes. In 1984-1985 the organ was transferred to the Sankt Nikolaikirche by Norbert Sperschneider. A restoration has been carried out in 2018 by Jörg Dutschke.
