De concertzaal Griswold Hall van Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore werd in 1878 gebouwd. Na een restauratie van het gebouw, is door de firma Holtkamp een nieuw drieklaviers orgel gebouwd. Het werd in maart 1998 opgeleverd. De orgelkas is ontworpen in een stijl, passend bij het interieur van de zaal. Het nieuwe orgel kwam in de plaats van een instrument van de firma Skinner.
