Wolfgang Scherpf built an organ for the Sankt Antonkirche in Pirmasens in 1975 under consultancy of Ludwig Doerr. It is a three manual organ with 35 stops. A small altar organ with four ranks is attached to the organ, and can be played from the third manual. The organ was dedicated on February 8, 1976. Leo Krämer, Domorganist in Speyer, played it on this occasion.
