- The church of the Immaculate Conception in York, Pennsylvania, was built in 1884. The Baltimore Organ Company constructed an entirely new organ for the new church. It was officially inaugurated on July 23, 1885. The organ has a neo-Gothic facade. As early as 1886, the arrangement was modified by the Pomplitz company, because the organ did not have the power to fill the church with it's sound.
- In the years after 1930, the action was converted to pneumatics by the company Gundling. Because the instrument started to function less and less, it was completely restored and rebuilt in 2008-2009 by the company SDG Organ Company. On July 26, 2009, the organ was re-dedicated.
