Onder advies van Ireneusz Wyrwa bouwde de firma Mühleisen in 2015 een nieuw orgel voor de Kościół św. Kazimierz in Nowy Sącz. Het orgel is ontworpen in de stijl van instrumenten van Eberhard Friedrich Walcker uit het midden van de negentiende eeuw. Het derde manuaal bespeelt een Physharmonica, die in een eigen zwelkast staat. Op 30 januari 2016 is het orgel ingewijd, waarbij de adviseur het bespeelde.
