The organ of the Chiesa di Santo Spirito in Sassia was built in 1958 by the Mascioni company. The organ cases are much older. The first organ was built in 1546 by Nicolo Tezzano. This instrument was restored in 1605 by Luca Biaggi. In 1649 Giuseppe Testa enlarged the organ with a second manual in a new case opposite to the original organ. Mascioni installed the Grand'Organo and Pedale in the case of 1546, and the Organo Espressivo in the case of 1649.
