The 'Kerk van de Heilige Theresia van het Kindje Jezus' (Church of Sainte Theresa of the Child Jesus) in Ninove was demolished in 2003 and replaced by a smaller building with an electronic Johannus organ. This new church was closed in 2017 and rebuilt as a meeting place for the neighbourhood.
