L'orgue comprend le parent le matériel: Part of the organ case de ca. 1770 de Lambertus-Benoit Van Peteghem
The organ in the Sint Martinuskerk was built by Jean Bruggeman. The middle part of the organ case has been taken over from the previous organ of the church, which was built around 1770 by Lambertus Van Peteghem. This organ was radically rebuilt by the Gebroeders Vereecken in 1905-1906 (in which the action was made pneumatic), by Leo Daem in 1929-1930, and by Alfons Joris in 1969. The organ was now electro-pneumatic with a free-standing console. Little was left of Van Peteghem's material.
