In 1964 voltooide de firma Aeolian-Skinner een nieuw orgel voor de First Unitarian Church in Worcester, Massachusetts. Het orgel bevat nog enkele registers uit het vorige orgel, gebouwd door Casavant in 1922. Het kerkgebouw raakte beschadigd door een brand in het dak in 2000. Het orgel is in 2003-2004 herbouwd door de firma Russell. In oktober 2004 werd het weer in gebruik genomen.
