In 1965 the Loncke company built an organ for the Sint Jan de Doperkerk in Anzegem. During the construction, six registers were used from the (substantially rebuilt) Van Peteghemorgel from 1847 in the church. In 1991, the Bruggeman-Baert company built a new organ for the church of Anzegem, reusing Van Peteghem's pipework. The Loncke organ was sold to the parish in Rollegeman. Jean Bruggeman installed it in the church in 1992. The missing pipework was removed from the rood screen organ in Rollegem. The registers Vulwerk and Kromhoorn are still prepared for. Bruggeman extended the instrument with an attached pedal. The organ is installed in the choir of the church, next to the altar.
