- The organ in Bryn Athyn Cathedral was built in 2014 by Kegg Pipe Organ Builders, using older components from E.M. Skinners' organs opus 574 (built for the Episcopal Church in Richmond, Virginia) and opus 682 (built for the Church of the Epiphany, Danville, Virginia). The organ was donated to the church by Fred Haas in memory of his mother, Chara Aurora Cooper Haas. The organ was dedicated on November 21, 2014. Organiss Peter Conte, Fred Haas, Terry Schnarr and Bryan Dunnewald contributed to the inauguration, and the Bryn Athyn Cathedral Choir sang.
- Until 2014, the cathedral housed an organ by the Schlicker company from the 1970s, which has moved to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Dublin, Ohio. The cathedral also houses an electronic organ of the Allen Quantum 410 type from 2011.
