In the chapel of the Mission Slovène in Freyming-Merlebach stands a historic organ since 1988. It was built in 1846 by Joseph Callinet for a church in Lure. It was transferred (in 1897?) to Rouffach in the Alsace. François-Antoine Berger restored the organ in 1897, and in 1967 it was rebuilt by the company Henry. In 1979 the instrument was transferred to a church or chapel in Issenheim. Willy Meurer finally restored it in 1988 and placed it in Freyming-Merlebach.
