- De Church of the Immaculate Conception and Saint Patrick in Bandon is gebouwd in de jaren 1856-1861. De kerk werd gewijd op 9 juni 1861. In 1870 kocht men een tweedehands orgel voor de kerk, afkomstig uit de North Cathedral in Cork. Het orgel werd in 1809 gebouwd door Hugh Russell, orgelmaker in Londen. Mogelijk is het orgel in 1828 door Joseph Walker uitgebreid.
- Het orgel is gerestaureerd door de firma Paul Neiland in 2012-2013. Op 16 maart 2013 werd het weer in gebruik genomen.
