- The Sint Jozef church in Wuustwezel-Gooreind was built in 1939, to replace a smaller church building from 1871. An organ was installed by the company Joris Frères. Second-hand material was partly used in the construction. The dedication of the organ took place on March 19, 1939. Edgard De Laet played the inauguration concert.
- In 1973 the instrument was overhauled by the company Pels.
