The Sint Martinuskerk in Asse was enlarged in 1867. After this, a new organ was built, because the old one was too small for the larger space. The new organ was built by François Bernard Loret. The organ has not been changed as far as the disposition is concerned. It was, however, placed in two new organ cases in 1910-1912, so that the window on the west side became visible.
