- The Epiphaniaskirche, Bochumer Straße in Düsseldorf-Rath was built in 1964-1965. The company Walcker installed a two-manual organ with 23 stops in 1966-1967, opus 4976. The church was closed in 2010 after a last service on September 26. The building was demolished in 2017. The Walcker organ was sold to the Kościół Matki Bożej z Lourdes in Warszawa.
- In 2011 the instrument was restored by Burkhard Klimke, expanded by two stops and transferred to Warszawa. The prospect has been radically modified during installation.
