In 1969, under the advice of Helmut Bornefeld, the Link company built a new organ for the Evangelische Kirche in Asch. It replaced a historic instrument built in 1780 by Johann Christoph Hagemann, which was in poor condition and was demolished. The case of this organ has been used in the construction of a new organ in Untermünkheim.
