Québec's Holy Trinity Anglican Cathedral houses a historic English chamber organ from 1790. It was built by John and George Pike England. The organ was placed in William Bagshawe's home in Oakes Park, Yorkshire, in 1811. It remained in this house until 1980. After that it was sold to Gordon Jeffrey of London, Ontario, who had it placed in his own residence. After his death in 1986, the organ was disassembled and stored at Hellmuth Wolff, in ownership of the City of Montreal. In 2004 it was sold to the cathedral, and after a restoration by the firm of Wolff & Associates it was put into use here.
