2013 firma Rudolf von Beckerath  restoration

In 2012-2013, the company Von Beckerath restored the organ of the Sankt Stephanuskirche in Heessen. During the restoration, the intonation has been completely revised, to make the sound sound more romantic. Some typical French romantic registers have also been added, in particular reeds and a Plein-Jeux. On March 23, 2013, the renewed organ was put back into use with a performance by Werner Parecker. The original instrument dated from around 1920 and was built by Franz Breil.
