- In the years 1904-1905, a new parish church was built in Heitenried, designed in the Gothic Revival style. Friedrich Goll built an organ for this church in 1907 with 22 stops. The organ case is also built in a Gothic Revival style.
- The instrument was revised by Heinrich Pürro in 1957. Some eight-foot stops have been replaced by higher ones. In 1973 a some stops were replaced by aliquotes. In 2006-2007 the instrument was restored by Erwin Erni under the advice of Edwin Peter. The stop list remained as it was since 1973, but the pipework has been re-voiced to obtain more unity in the sound.
