- In de jaren 1985-1989 bouwde Gerhard Hradetzky een nieuw drieklaviers orgel voor de Domkirche in Wiener Neustadt. Op 22 oktober 1989 is het instrument gewijd.
- Op 6 maart 2012 brak er brand uit in de kerk, die voor behoorlijk veel rook- en waterschade zorgde. Ook het orgel raakte beschadigd. Op 9 september 2012 werd de kerk weer in gebruik genomen. Daarna werd gestart met de revisie van het orgel, die ongeveer twee maanden duurde.
