Bâti par: Louis Mitchell (1882) - opus 129
The original plan for a 26-stop organ for Tignish Parish Church was reduced to 19 registers. The organ, built as opus 129 by Louis Mitchell, has been preserved in largely original condition. In 1959 the wind supply was modified and a wind motor was installed. The pitch was changed in the 1970s. The Horn Diapason 8' of the Récit was also altered into a Doublette 2'. The Mixtures was changed to a Sesquialtera and the composition of the Cymbales adapted. In 2011, the organ was restored by Juget-Sinclair and returned to its original condition.
