- A new three-manual organ was built for the Sankt Bernhardkirche in Schopfheim by Franz Winterhalter in 1979. It replaced the original organ of the church, built by Mathias Burkhard in 1879 with eighteen stops, later expanded to twenty six stops. The new organ has 35 stops.
- In 2010, the organ has been overhauled by Jens Steinhoff.
