- The Temple Réformé in Porrentruy was opened in november 1891. Until this date, both the roman catholic parish and the protestant concregation used the Église Saint-Pierre. Ernst Buff built a pipe organ for the new church. It was the first fully pneumatic organ to be built in Switzerland. On November 29, 1891 it was inspected by Messrs Lippacher and Neuenschwander.
- The organ has been replaced in 1937 by a new organ by Theodor Kuhn.
