- The organ in the Église Saint-Symphorien in Nuits-Saint-Georges was built in 1714 by Etienne Tourneur. In 1787 Bénigne Boillot expanded the organ. It is striking that on the Grand Orgue the tone C sharp major is missing, while it is present on the Positif and the Pédale.
- In 1821 the organ was restored by Pierre Maret and in 1878 by Jean-Frédéric (II) Verschneider. Michel Formentelli carried out a restoration in 2017 on behalf of the Saby company.
