- The village church of Berlin-Pankow was built in the years 1857-1859, with the old church being included as the choir of the new church. The organ from the old church, which dated from 1821, was sold to Heinersdorf. Carl August Buchholz built a two-manual organ with fourteen stops for the new church. In 1911, a new organ was installed in the case of Buchholz by Sauer with 21 stops. This was expanded by Sauer in 1929 to a three-manual organ with 48 stops. The front was widened to place this organ. It served until 1971.
- In 1971 the old organ was demolished and sold to a private individual. Another organ was installed, which was built by Jehmlich in 1960 for the Auferstehungskirche in Brandenburg-Görden for an organ festival. However, it was not used much afterwards. This organ was taken into use in Pankow on December 10, 1972.
- In 2018, plans were made to have a new organ built in the style of Buchholz's old work. Those plans started in 2020. The Jehmlich organ was sold to a roman catholic parish in Poland, and was dismantled in February 2020.
