  • The company Th. Böhme from Dresden donated an organ to the city's Sankt Peterskirche in 1890. The instrument was built by the Sauer company and had 26 stops. The organ was completed on October 10, 1890 and was inspected by Mr. Fischer, Musikdirektor. The church was officially dedicated on November 5, 1890.
  • During the bombing of Dresden on February 13/14, 1945, the church building burned down completely. It was rebuilt after the war, but the Sauer organ was lost.
