- The brothers John and Eugène Abbey built a choir organ for the Saint-Martin in Amiens in 1888. The organ is placed in a neo-Gothic case in the choir of the church. All pedal stops are transmissions.
- The organ has been modified over time. Around 1960, the company Haerpfer-Erman replaced the Voix Céleste 8' by a Plein Jeu (3 ranks). Daniel Decavel restored the organ in 1992, cutting the Gambe 8' to a Doublette 2'. Finally, in 1999 the Trompette 8' was replaced by a Flûte 4' by Michel Garnier.
