- In 1879, the Abbey brothers completed a two-manual organ with 26 stops for the new Église Saint-Martin in Amiens. The same firm expanded the organ in 1895 to 41 stops, on three manuals and pedal. This organ was very badly damaged by a shell hit in 1940.
- After World War II, the church building was restored. The Haerpfer-Erman company built a new organ, using Abbey pipework that was still usable. The organ was completed in 1959.
- In the years 1996-1999, the organ was overhauled by Michel Garnier, whereby the sound and disposition were changed in the spirit of the northern German baroque. The original electro-pneumatic action had already been replaced in 1991 by an electric one. In 2007, Laurent Plet carried out a restoration.
