The company Gebr. Müller built a new organ for Linn Church in 1872, using some of the existing pipework taken from the church's previous organ. A first offer for this was already made in 1853. The new organ was installed in a new case and had seventeen registers. In 1924 the instrument was rebuilt by the company Fabrizius & Brehm. The interior was almost enitrely renewed. The organ case from 1872 was retained. In 1959 this organ was completely rebuilt by Walter Seifert and expanded to 33 registers. The current setup has a balustrade positive and the rest of the organ is in the main case, the center part of which is Müller's old case.
The organ has been in an unplayable condition for many years. A Johannus organ has been placed with the loudspeakers in the organ case. But since 2013, this instrument is also no longer in order. Temporarily, a small positive, which was bought second-hand, was placed in the church. The 1966 Steinmeyer organ from the Wichernkirche in Rüsselsheim has been purchased by the parish. This instrument was placed in Müller's organ case by Göckel in 2020. The appearance of the Rückpositiv has been altered on this occasion. The stop list has also been altered.
In 1966 the Steinmeyer company built a two-manual organ for the Wichernkirche in Rüsselheim. The church building was completed in 1961. Due to rising costs, it was decided in 2015 to sell the church. It has been taken over by a Greek Orthodox community. The organ was put up for sale in March 2016.
