  • The Gebr. Müller built an organ in 1862 for the Sankt Martinkirche in Schmidtheim. It was an organ with nine ranks. In 1902 the organ was renewed by the same firm and expanded to sixteen stops. The Fabritius company carried out major maintenance in 1911. Finally, the organ was overhauled and modified by Klais in 1951.
  • The old church was radically renovated in the years 1964-1965 and enlarged with a modern church attached to the old one. The prospect of the Müller organ is hung in the new church as a decorative piece, but the rest of the instrument was demolished. The new church was dedicated on July 1, 1967.
