In 1882 Johann Nepomuk Kuhn built an organ for the Deutsch Evangelische Kirche in Montreux. It was built with cone loading and mechanical traction. The disposition was changed in 1954 during a renovation by Kuhn. The Mixtur of the Hauptwerk was made higher (from 2 2/3' to 2' base). At the Schwellwerk the Clarinette has been replaced by a Plein Jeu, and the Voix Céleste by a Nazard. The Salicional 8' was shortened to a Principal 4', and the Traversflöte 4' was replaced by a Flöte 4'. These changes were maintained during a restoration by Kuhn in 1989. However, the swell box that was removed in 1954 was replaced.
