Die Orgel enthält älteren Material: Organ case aus 1761 von Johann Martin Walpen, Organ case aus 1761 von Josef Anton Carlen
In the years 1761-1764, Joseph Anton Carlen and Johann Walpen built an organ for the parish church of Naters with one manual and an independent pedal. The instrument had seventeen stops. In 1803 the Walpen brothers rebuilt the organ. Conrad Carlen built a new organ in the old case in 1905 with pneumatic action and cone chests. This organ was renovated in the years 1957-1958. It had not been usable since 1965. It was decided to have a completely new organ built by Hans Füglister in the old case. This instrument was dedicated in 1980.
