Het vorige orgel in de kerk van Harlton was rond 1869 gebouwd door Bishop & Starr. In 2008/2009 bouwde Peter Bumstead een nieuw orgel aan de westzijde van de kerk. Bij de bouw werd pijpwerk gebruikt uit het oude orgel en uit het orgel uit de kerk van Haslingfield en nog ander oud pijpwerk.
