- In 1828/1829 Franz Josef Merklin built an organ for the Roman Catholic parish church in Stetten bei Lörrach. The interior has been lost over time. The company Klais built the current instrument in 1966 in the organ cases of Merklin. It has three manuals and pedal.
- In 2008 the organ was overhauled by Thomas Jann. The voicing has been revised and two octave couplers have been added. Jann placed a Trompete 8' on the Hauptwerk, which is composed of pipes from the old Clairon 4' of the Schwellwerk, supplemented with new pipes for the lowest octave. A Trompette Harmonique was added to the Schwellwerk. The Zink 4' of the pedal was replaced by a transmission from the new Trompette of the Schwellwerk.
