Anton Overmann built an organ for the Evangelische Kirche in Zaisenhausen in 1842 and 1843. However, he died during construction on March 26, 1843. The instrument was installed in the church by his brother-in-law Georg Trau. It was completed in 1844 by Johann Nepomuk Kloebinger. The organ has been preserved almost without modifications. The front pipes were removed in 1917, and the Trumpet was renewed. The Flautravers is not original. The organ was restored by Weigle in 1973.
